About Ezeecharge Services

Service definition enables both the customer and the service provider to know what to expect and not expect from a service/service Provider. Services enable customers to understand service offerings, including what each service does and does not include, eligibility, service limitations, cost, how to request services, and how to get help. We are not responcible for any packs and offers, we do only recharge services.

USERS

"User" means a unique instance of a Web browser.

All the prices shown in Ezeecharge are in Indian rupees (INR).

WEBAPPLICATION

An application that is usable only with an active Internet connection and that uses HTTP as its primary communications protocol. Also called web application.

SECURITY?

Ezeecharge understands that you agree that it is your responsibility to keep passwords and security codes confidential, you are responsible for the misuse originated by the leakage of information by you. Ezeecharge claims no responsibility in the event of loss these passwords and the misuse of security codes.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

A payment gateway is a software program integrated to a merchant's website to transmit transaction data to the Credit Card / Net Banking / Cash Card / Mobile Payment acquirer for authorization and settlement. Merchants gain the ability to perform real-time Credit Card authorizations from a web site over the Internet. Customers can pay for purchases across the Internet through Credit Cards within seconds, after the gateway obtains authorization from the Credit Card institutions.

PARTNER WITH EZEECHARGE

You can join your hands by becoming a Retailer or Distributor. You might think of the following question What does Ezeecharge facilities cost me? Are there any hidden charges?

We don’t charge any extra charges for becoming a retailer or Distributor, there is no secured Deposit.

We offer three kinds of services in mobile Recharges( SMS Based, GPRS Based, Online Based),

 
How will the tax amount be calculated?

The service tax will be 12.36% of the applicable TDR. For example: If your transaction amount was Rs 100.00 and your TDR is 7% then the service tax would be levied on Rs. 7.00 only at the rate of 12.36% which amounts to 73 paisa only. Tax can change without prior intimation if government implements changes the taxation. The above answer is an example. if there is a need for the tax to be deducted then We will deduct the service tax due from your payouts.

 
Liability

During our work we might be effected or interrupted by number of factors which are beyond company control or not in the control of Ezeecharge, when we say this please note that it is not limited to internet access or computer breakdown. There are some incident like natural calamities, unexpected stakes or acts of public, strike by government authorities, virus attracts. These acts certainly damage the public interest on the usage. All these and the incidents beyond our control, Ezeecharge is not liable and takes no responsibility

Expiry of Unused Balances

Ezeecharge reserves the rights to expire our unused Balance if you don’t use the balance after 3 months. You need to agree to the corporate policies of the company. Ezeecharge takes no responsibility for your balance/expiry of your balance

Refund Policy

All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised While you recharge your mobile, Data card or DTH. You are responsible for the purchase of Recharge as well wrong recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. Ezeecharge is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge or purchase of wrong recharge due to lack of information.( an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number or Data Card Recharges,or for not knowing the packs, for not knowing the denominations )

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction. then you may inform us by sending us an email

on helpdesk@Ezeecharge.com or posting us a message on the Contact Us page. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number. Ezeecharge shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
